Product Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our No.#1 priority. If you need to return an item, please take note of our 15-day return policy:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.
  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it.
  • If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back.

All return requests must be made within 15 days of the date you received the item. Send us an email or whatsapp explaining the problem and include the following information:

  • Why you want to return the item, including photos or video of the problem.
  • Your Order ID.
  • Your name, address, email address and daytime phone number.

Once your return request is approved, we will either contact you by phone or by email with detailed return shipping instructions. Do take note that depending on circumstances, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. When we have received the item and verified the contents, we will arrange for either a product exchange OR issue you a credit note for subsequent purchase at our online store OR a straight forward refund transfer back to your bank account, as the case may be.
